A visual I directed for Ashenda, an annual festival celebrating Ethiopian women and girls. Inspired by BeeLyn Naihwet’s poem The Dance of Tomorrow, it weaves poetry, movement, and Tigrayan sounds into a meditation on joy as resistance.
